If after receiving your Maine Fly Co products you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 30 day return policy of your unused, undamaged items. Items must be received back within 30 days of your purchase date and in the same condition as it was upon shipping (including cellophane wrapped handles), be in resellable condition with all contents in its original packaging.
All items must include original receipt or packing slip to be processed. Items must be one which is eligible for return. Upon receiving your return, items will be inspected and an email will be sent to the purchaser notifying them of the returns acceptance or rejection.
Approved returns will be refunded to original payment method used to make the same purchase. Processing time can vary based on the card provider.
You will be responsible for shipping charges and it is highly encouraged to use one which offers tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items in shipping.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason and your product is not covered by our warranty or return policy, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
