Can you built custom batches?
The simple answer here is yes! Unique batches to align with your local group, organization or favorite fishing posse is encouraged. We typically encourage various material combinations in stock for any immediate needs. Special batches with specific designs in mind are considered and can take up to 8 weeks to produce, pending quantity. For more information write us and lets get the conversation started.
When will I get my rod?
In stock rods are typically shipped within 48 hours. Standard shipping pending your location can take up to 1 week. Expedited shipping option can be made available for additional shipping costs. For international orders, please contact us for rates and timing.
How can I carry Maine Fly Company rods in my local shop?
We are always excited to talk to shop owners. We're excited to offer a new dealer program for 2024. Reach out to info@maineflyco.com for more information.
Where are the rods built?
100% of our rods are designed and built in our HQ in Yarmouth, Maine. Many of the parts in the batches are sourced globally to give you the highest performing rod at the best price. Each batch varies pending our desired taper, action and batch features.
Do you offer a sponsorship program?
While we receive considerable requests from some amazing anglers nationally, we do not offer any sponsorship at this time. Our rods are tested by Maine guides regionally for balance, performance and durability.
Will you fix my rod if it breaks?
Of course! It’s one of the greatest things that makes us different. We build every one of our rods in our shop here, so naturally we can fix any of them too. Let’s face it, as heartbreaking as it can be, fly rods break. We offer repair for any of our rods and prioritize those orders to ensure that we get you back out there asap. Rod section prices vary, so just give us a call should anything go wrong out there, and we’ll help make you whole again.
Can I get an extra tip for my rod?
Yes. We now offer the option to purchase a spare tip when purchasing a new Maine Fly Co rod for that piece of mind.
