Scientific Angler-Sonar Striper I/5/7

Scientific Angler-Sonar Striper I/5/7

Stripers are a way of life up here, and when we build a package for them, we want a line that can handle big flies, wind, heavy current, and long shots without flinching. The Scientific Anglers Sonar Striper line does exactly that. Its short, powerful head loads fast, turns over the biggest flies cleanly, and lets you reach fish when they’re pushing bait just a little farther than you’d like. The full-sinking triple-density design gives you a direct, straight-line connection to the fly, keeping you in touch and in the zone from the second it hits the water. We just upgraded our striper packages to this line because we trust it here in New England, plain and simple. If you’re serious about striped bass, this is the line we’d want on the reel.
