This class is designed for beginner to novice fly fishers who want to improve their fly-fishing knowledge and skills, with a particular focus on casting. Over the course of 1 1/2 hours, you’ll learn how to cast effectively in challenging environments such as windy conditions, crowded waters, trees behind you, bushes in front, or on a boat with limited space. The class will cover techniques for different types of fly fishing (dry fly, nymphing, streamer fishing) including appropriate rods, leader set-ups, casting, mending, and retrieving, as well as the appropriate fly patterns to use. After this class, you should be ready to hit the water!
No cancellations or rescheduling for these due to limited availability.
